Grateful Prayer

It is in a dry season or those in-between times when it seems nothing is happening and life has made far too many withdrawals, that can make being thankful easy to forget.  However, just as fertilizer is applied to plants and trees to help them grow,  so it is with difficult seasons, which predicates the fruit of gratefulness.

“By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit our lips giving thanks to his name.  But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.” Heb. 13:15,16
